The Children’s Aid Society of the County of Lanark and the Town of Smiths Falls and Family and Children’s Services of Leeds and Grenville are pleased to announce their official amalgamation, as of August 2nd, 2011 and will be known as Family and Children’s Services of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville.

“The public and people we serve will not notice any changes in terms of access to and the delivery of services,” states Allan Hogan, Executive Director of the new organization.

Families, children and youth, our community partners and the public will continue to use the same phone numbers and all six office locations will remain open for the foreseeable future.

A new Board of Directors is in place, to steer the development of a new organization over the next three years.

We remain committed to protecting children and youth, working with families and developing strong partnerships with all our stakeholder groups and the public at large.
